Organisation

The following dedicated departments will ensure that, your experience, when choosing or designing your displays, is a pleasant one.

Research and Development

Our Research and Development Department, comprises of a team of experienced and committed Electronic and Software engineers whose function is to do continual product assessment and improvements. They are also responsible for special projects that may require software or hardware developments.

Sales and Marketing

Experienced Sales personnel will determine your display needs and ensure that you are offered the display most suited to your needs. You can contact us telephonically, by facsimile, or via Email to discuss your Display requirements. Our marketing personnel are continually researching new markets and product possibilities, ensuring that our products remain state-of-the art, and are from the widest range possible.

Production

The Production Department will determine a suitable delivery time and customers are welcome to contact production personnel to determine the status of your order. Should your display be a standard PolyComp product, an excellent turn around time can be offered. Our production also has the ability to accommodate small production runs, short delivery times and custom Displays.

Technical Service Department

Our Service Department is responsible for ensuring that products purchased from our factory meet the performance criteria of the customer and to effect prompt repair at our factory.
