
PolyComp Queue Management LED Displays
PolyComp’s award-winning displays can be custom-built to the unique
requirements of the service department, with multiple lines for multiple
queues, multiple colours, and with various effects to draw customers’
attention. Our displays can also be fitted with hardware voice synthesis,
or can be accompanied by computer software voice synthesis that can
be integrated with an existing Public Announcement (PA) system.

The Ticket Issue Kiosk
The Ticket Kiosk may either be a custom-designed robust enclosure with
integrated ticket printer, which presents a set of choices to the customer,
or may be a custom PC software application with separate ticket printer
that is operated by a service department receptionist.
In all cases, a numbered and time-stamped ticket is issued to the customer
with the desired service printed on it. Click here

The Service Desk Interface
Each service department desk or counter should be provided
with a means of announcing and servicing waiting tickets. Custom PC
client software or a special hardware keypad may be used.
The service agent may choose to request the next waiting ticket from
any available queue, or may enter a specific ticket and queue number,
to recall any ticket at will. Click here to view
